The Workplace Relations Commission found that a Bus Driver’s sexual harassment complaint against an unnamed Transport Company was not well founded. Adjudication Officer Brian Dolan dated the decision 11 October 2024. The driver said a colleague made sexual comments during her training and that she resigned shortly afterwards. The company said its investigation found the allegations had not occurred. The officer found the driver had not established the facts needed to support her complaint.
