The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Yeung Catering Limited to pay restaurant general manager Slawomir Skrzypiec €2,692 for failing to provide written employment terms and €1,500 for missed rest breaks. The WRC found that complaint not well-founded, saying the evidence did not establish that Sunday work was excluded from his agreed salary of €35,000 gross a year plus tips. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
