The Workplace Relations Commission ruled that Ian Metcalfe’s complaint against Aldi (Ireland) Limited was out of time and could not proceed. The decision was dated 25 September 2023. Metcalfe alleged sexual harassment and victimisation on gender and age grounds after an interaction with an Aldi staff member on 24 November 2021.
