The decision was dated 24 October 2023. Pricopi, who worked as an office manager, said stress and difficulties with her workload, reporting arrangements and time off led her to resign. The company disputed that she had been dismissed and said she had not used its grievance procedure. Pricopi accepted that she knew of the procedure and had not used it.
