WRC dismisses religious discrimination complaint against SSE as misconceived

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Leon O'Connor’s religious discrimination complaint against Sse plc Sse Airtricity Electricity as misconceived in a decision dated 27 November 2023. O'Connor’s complaint concerned a job application. The officer found that his complaint narrative alleged discrimination by the Irish Government and other entities, not by the company he had named as respondent.
