The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Annette Igoe’s housing discrimination complaint against Declan Molloy and Anne Molloy after she did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 16 August 2023.
The respondents attended, and the WRC tried to contact the complainants to check there had been no misunderstanding about the hearing time. No evidence was presented for the complaint, which was dismissed without further inquiry. The merits were not decided.
