The Workplace Relations Commission rejected David Grimes’s complaints that Skc Providers Ltd penalised him for raising a workplace safety issue and invoking working-time rights. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 16 January 2025. Grimes said he saw employees being lifted on warehouse racking systems and considered it a safety breach. The company said no complaint had been made under either Act. The officer found no evidence that Grimes made a qualifying complaint or was penalised afterward under either law.
