The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Pandora to pay Niamh Rosemary Coffey €592 for annual leave and €650 for an unpaid contractual bonus after upholding both complaints. The WRC decision was dated 17 October 2023.
Coffey worked as a regional manager until her employment ended on 30 August 2022. She said she was owed €592 in holiday pay and a €650 bonus under her contract. Pandora disputed the claims, saying she had received her full holiday entitlement and had been overpaid overall by €1,015.38.
The respondent did not attend the hearing, but had sent a written submission. The adjudication officer preferred Coffey’s evidence and found both complaints well founded. The awards are subject to tax and normal statutory deductions.
