The Workplace Relations Commission found Anuschka Wahner’s race discrimination complaint against Sky Handling Partner HQ Ltd not well founded in a decision dated 31 August 2023. Wahner said she was singled out and bullied during her induction and at work, and that she reported the treatment without result. The company disputed her account and denied bullying her. Wahner told the adjudicator that she did not believe the alleged bullying was related to her race. The adjudicator found the complaint concerned alleged bullying that was unconnected to any of the nine grounds of discrimination covered by the Employment Equality Act. The complaint was therefore not well founded.
