The WRC found it had no jurisdiction to rehear a worker’s industrial relations dispute because the Labour Court had already decided the same matter. The decision was dated 13 April 2023. The worker accepted that history but said the publicly funded healthcare provider had continued to mistreat her after she filed her complaint. The adjudicator found those later allegations fell outside the complaint before her and outside her jurisdiction in this case. The merits were not decided again by the WRC.
