The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Lucie Pierredon’s gender discrimination complaint against SFDC Ireland Ltd. after finding it was lodged out of time. The WRC found there was no reasonable cause to explain the delay and declined to extend the time limit. It therefore had no jurisdiction to hear the complaint.
