The Workplace Relations Commission found a complaint by Dylan Prinsen against dental clinic staff member Michelle Lambe was not well founded after he was refused treatment when he could not wear a face covering. The decision was dated 3 January 2023. The adjudication officer found Prinsen had not provided evidence of a disability that prevented him wearing a mask, and that the clinic did not know of such a disability. The officer accepted he was denied service but found this resulted from his own actions and that the clinic had not engaged in prohibited behaviour.
