The Workplace Relations Commission found Kerry O Mahoney’s unfair-dismissal complaint well founded and awarded her €5,500 compensation in a decision dated 4 January 2023. O Mahoney said she was left without work while colleagues returned and a new employee was hired. Radleys It Ltd did not attend the hearing. The adjudicator found it had not shown the dismissal was fair and awarded compensation for her financial loss. She had found alternative work, first part time and later full time.
