The Workplace Relations Commission found David Mc Carthy’s complaint against MD Property Lettings was not well founded after he did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 26 April 2023. The WRC said he had been notified of the resumed hearing but did not attend to pursue the complaint or present evidence of prohibited conduct; the merits were not decided.
