A Workplace Relations Commission adjudication officer found Sergey Nosov was not unfairly dismissed by Md Burns & Co Ltd trading as More 4 Less, in a decision dated 29 February 2024. Nosov said his warehouse duties had developed into a Dispatch Manager role and that no similar position was available after the Bawnogue shop business transferred. The company said he was a General Operative whose employment transferred with the shop. The adjudicator accepted that his duties remained those of a General Operative and found his employment transferred to the new operator.
