The WRC found that Delfim Retail Daybreak Greenviille Stores owes Hayley Leacy 133.04 hours of annual leave and 16 days in lieu of public holidays. Adjudication Officer Patricia Owens dated the decision 2 December 2021. Leacy’s separate complaint under civil aviation working-time regulations was not well founded because she worked as a shop assistant, not as crew on a civil aircraft. She had agreed to withdraw that complaint after confirming she was not covered by the legislation.
