The Workplace Relations Commission found Mariana Nadaban’s unfair-dismissal complaint against National Pen Promotional Products Limited was outside the six-month time limit and declined to extend it. The merits were not decided. In a decision dated 6 January 2022, the WRC accepted 15 November 2019 as the dismissal date, rejecting Nadaban’s argument that it was 4 December, when she received the appeal outcome. The complaint was received on 28 May 2020.
