The WRC dismissed Rudolf Csikos’s complaints about night work and Sunday premiums at Keelings Logistics Solutions, finding them legally frivolous and not properly founded under section 42(1) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015. The decision was dated 19 September 2024. The complaints were brought while a comprehensive agreement between the company and SIPTU covering the issues had been accepted by ballot and applied to Csikos. The adjudicator said a full investigation was unlikely to produce more than a marginal change to that agreement. The merits of the complaints were not decided.
