The Workplace Relations Commission found a worker’s annual leave complaint well founded and directed the employer to pay €1,130.80. The decision was dated 27 April 2018. The machine operator said he was owed accrued leave when his employment ended, including for a period of certified absence from May to September 2017. The award comprised €630.80 for accrued annual leave and €500 compensation for the breach.
