The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed a general operative’s complaints about unfair dismissal, minimum notice and working time after he did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 27 April 2018. All three complaints failed for want of prosecution; the merits were not decided. The respondent also did not attend. The officer was satisfied both parties had been notified of the hearing, and no explanation was given for either absence.
