The WRC rejected a secretary’s two annual-leave complaints against a company in a decision dated 23 May 2017. The 2015 complaint failed because it was filed outside the six-month time limit; the merits were not decided. The 2016 complaint failed because the officer found documentary evidence that the secretary had been paid her entitlements. The company had said a €300 payment covered final-week wages and 2016 holiday entitlements.
