The decision against a restaurant was dated 4 May 2017. The adjudicator found 12.7 hours of holiday pay remained unpaid for 2015, while the supervisor had been overpaid for 2016 leave. The restaurant made no submission on the notice issue, and the adjudicator found she was owed the claimed 6.95 hours.
