The WRC found that An Advocacy Agency fairly dismissed an Advocate for gross misconduct and rejected his minimum-notice claim. Adjudication Officer Eugene Hanly dated the decision 29 November 2016. The officer found that the Advocate told patients not to concord with medication. The Advocate denied giving that advice and challenged the investigation and evidence; the officer found the investigation and disciplinary process fair. Minimum notice did not apply because the officer found gross misconduct warranted summary dismissal.
