The WRC dismissed a worker’s constructive dismissal complaint as out of time and declared his protected disclosures complaint was not properly before it. The decision was dated 28 February 2017. The worker referred both complaints on 31 March 2016. He said he was “stressed out over the situation”, but the adjudication officer did not accept this as reasonable cause for the late constructive dismissal complaint. The protected disclosures complaint did not name a respondent or provide particulars, and was also out of time. The merits were not decided.
