In 1995, the Labour Court upheld a Rights Commissioner’s recommendation that P.M. Imaging Limited pay a worker £1,000 over an alleged unfair dismissal. The Court’s decision was signed on 2 May 1995. The worker said his work was satisfactory and that he was dismissed without the written warning required by his contract. P.M. Imaging did not attend the appeal hearing and had advised the Court that it had ceased trading.
