Permission for modifications to Douglas Court Shopping Centre consisting of modifications to the development permitted under Cork City Council Ref No. 26/44727. The proposed development will consist of (1) Alterations to the previously permitted outdoor seating canopy along the southern elevation including a reduction in canopy area adjacent to Unit 20/20A and an extension adjacent to Unit M9; (2) Minor demolition of internal walls between Unit 20/20A and Unit M9; (3) And all ancillary development works.
