Permission for the demolition of existing detached domestic garage to the rear of existing house and construction of a replacement domestic detached garage, construction of a first floor extension to the side of the house , removal of existing open porch to front of house and replace this with a new open porch, alteration to the roof of the existing house with the inclusion of a gable to a portion of the roof, together with all associated site works.
