Permission for alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling. Scope of works includes: (1) Single storey flat roof extensions to the side and rear, (2) A new front porch to be constructed in place of the existing porch, (3) Elevational alterations to the rear including a new ground floor window and the removal of an existing sloped roof, to be replaced with a flat roof, (4) Demolition of an existing side single storey extension, and (5) All other associated site works. Permission is further sought for Retention of a side/west facing door opening at ground floor level and modified side/east facing window openings at ground and first floor level.
