Drumkeerin has a late-June community weekend and the animal welfare centre in its public notes. Leitrim Tourism carries Drumkeerin Community Family Festival from 14 to 23 August 2026 as a family week with plenty to do and see, while the public festival trail keeps Old Fair Day, Main Street activity, family sports and evening social fundraisers close to the same August stretch beside the Rowantree Centre, Main Street services, Lough Allen College and the road toward Dowra.
