Roof space converted to habitable rooms; new wastewater treatment system installed

John Gallagher has converted the roof space at Killyfad Cottage into living accommodation with dormer windows and rooflights, and made changes to the ground floor. The council has approved keeping these works, along with installing a new wastewater treatment system to replace the existing septic tank.
