Wild Ireland Defence wins permission for harbour planning challenge

Wild Ireland Defence CLG challenged Galway County Council’s extension of planning permission for the proposed Rossaveel Harbour expansion in the High Court.

The court granted permission to bring judicial review proceedings, which were due to return in December.
