An unknown party faced a High Court claim over allegedly fraudulent Companies Registration Office filings, reported on 2 December 2015. The filings concerning Crean Solutions Ltd, trading as MicksGarage.com, purportedly added an unknown director, removed an existing director and changed the registered address.

The company said the filings appeared fraudulent and that gardaí were investigating after a complaint. Mr Justice Paul Gilligan granted the company leave to serve short notice on the Registrar of Companies, while the application seeking removal of the filings was returned to a later date.
