Hubert Duffy and Robert Day charged with IRA membership

Hubert Duffy, 46, of Dublin, and Robert Day, 43, of Cabra, appeared before the Special Criminal Court charged with IRA membership.

Both were remanded in custody with liberty to apply for bail and were due back on February 12.
