Stephen Ryan receives suspended sentence for sexual assault

Stephen Ryan, 43, pleaded guilty to two sample counts of sexually assaulting his younger brother at their Dublin 7 address in 1994.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court imposed a three-year sentence, suspended in full.
