Stephen Kelly’s cannabis conviction quashed

In February 2014, Stephen Kelly, 44, of Wexford, was convicted by a Wexford Circuit Criminal Court jury of possessing cannabis resin for sale or supply.

The Court of Criminal Appeal quashed the conviction, and the Director of Public Prosecutions will not seek a retrial.
