This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Stephen Fahy had an injunction lifted in the High Court on 27 June 2019 in a dispute involving the Hole in the Wall pub in Galway city.

The injunction had prevented the pub’s owners and former operators from offering possession to another person. It was replaced by an undertaking after talks between the parties.

Stephen Fahy and Stephen Fahy Ltd undertook to inform the former employees within seven days if the pub was leased to another party.

The proceedings were brought by 15 former employees over the alleged unlawful termination of their employment. Complaints arising from the dispute remained pending before the Workplace Relations Commission.
