Rafel Dec convicted of drink driving and given community service

In June 2014, Rafel Dec, 27, of Rush, pleaded guilty to drink driving and refusing to sign an intoxilyzer certificate at Balbriggan District Court.

He was convicted, fined €600, disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service instead of one month in prison.
