Pressing Matters wound up as Dublin Vinyl jobs are lost

By Tadhg O'Sullivan

This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Pressing Matters Limited was wound up by the High Court on 15 April 2024, with more than 20 jobs lost as Dublin Vinyl closed.

Mr Justice Brian Cregan appointed Ken Fennell and Eamonn Richardson of Interpath Advisory as joint liquidators. The court heard the company could not pay its debts as they fell due and had liabilities exceeding assets by €1.3 million.

The liquidators said completing outstanding orders worth €500,000 was not feasible, and that staff had been made redundant. They were considering four offers for the company’s assets.
