Peter Conlon wins variation to pay legal fees

By Saoirse Doyle

This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

The High Court varied Peter Conlon’s freezing order to release just over €40,000 for legal fees, reported on 4 June 2021.

The funds were held in a solicitor’s client account and came from a pension paid by his former employer.

The limited variation left the wider order in place before liquidator Myles Kirby’s proceedings, which sought, among other relief, to make Conlon personally liable for company debts.
