Xiu Lin Chi fined €8,000 for employing workers without permits

Xiu Lin Chi, 49, pleaded guilty at Balbriggan District Court to employing foreign nationals without work permits.

Judge John Coughlan imposed four €2,000 fines, totalling €8,000 under the Employment Permit Act 2003.
