Hearne, of Allenton Drive in Tallaght, Dublin 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of rape, oral rape and falsely imprisoning Dominique Meehan at a Blanchardstown hotel on 4 July 2015. The court found he had no active mental illness symptoms when he offended, so his psychiatric condition did not reduce his culpability.
