John Doyle sentenced for rape and sexual assault

John Doyle, 49, of Littleton, Tipperary was convicted at the Central Criminal Court of two rape counts and four sexual assault counts.

He received concurrent 12-year sentences for rape, with the final year suspended, plus concurrent six- and four-year sentences for sexual assault.

The case was recorded in February 2024.
