Frances O’Brien gets Probation Act for using false charity card

Frances O’Brien, 54, of Balbriggan, pleaded guilty to using a false charity card at Balbriggan District Court.

She received the Probation Act, and the seized money was ordered payable to the Irish Cancer Society.
