Ellavita Flynn pleaded guilty to stealing designer goods at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, in a report published on 8 February 2019. The thefts took place at Brown Thomas on Grafton Street between 19 December 2017 and 2 January 2018.
The 24-year-old admitted stealing four items worth more than €6,000, including handbags and a watch. Judge Elma Sheahan adjourned the matter for six months so Flynn could address drug issues and pursue employment training.
Flynn remained on continuing bail until July. The court heard that three previous theft convictions had been dealt with in the District Court.
