DCM Hotels Ltd settled its five-year lease dispute with the owners of Bellinter House at the High Court on 12 October 2015.

The dispute concerned the running of the hotel in Navan, Co Meath. DCM claimed it held a five-year lease, while the Bourke Reynolds Partnership said the arrangement was month to month and had no signed lease.

Under the settlement, DCM was to give up vacant possession by 8 January 2016. A new owner, or the partnership if no sale had occurred, would take responsibility for existing bookings and hotel staff.
