Daniel Belling receives suspended sentence for mortgage fraud

Daniel Belling, 49, pleaded guilty to dishonestly inducing the Bank of Ireland to provide a €112,500 mortgage at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

He received a fully suspended three-and-a-half-year sentence on 15 July 2022; the charge concerned conduct on 13 March 2014.
