Court of Appeal upholds ruling that SEDA should not be wound up

The Court of Appeal upheld the High Court’s decision that SEDA Limited should not be wound up.

It dismissed the other appeal grounds but allowed Mahbuba Sultana’s appeal on whether Rezaul Karim beneficially owned her shares.
