This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.
The High Court confirmed OCS Operations Ltd’s joint liquidators on 5 July 2015, after the company ceased trading and became balance-sheet insolvent.
Mr Justice Brian Cregan confirmed Eamonn Richardson and Kieran Wallace of KPMG, with no objection to the application. The judge also ordered former directors Rafael Klotz and Malcolm Maclennan Macaulay to swear statements of affairs.
The liquidators plan to establish a creditors’ committee to examine concerns, while a creditors’ meeting was expected in August. The closure resulted in the loss of more than 400 jobs, including 130 direct employees.
