Kieran White gets Probation Act for theft; Piotr Boryslawski’s cannabis charge struck out

Kieran White, 26, of Dublin 13, pleaded guilty to theft at Balbriggan District Court and received the benefit of the Probation Act after making a donation.

Piotr Boryslawski, 29, of Balbriggan, pleaded guilty to cannabis possession; the charge was struck out after a charitable donation.

The case was recorded in August 2014.
