Arvis Jakobsons’ damage charge struck out; Niall Byrne convicted of disqualified driving

At Balbriggan District Court, Arvis Jakobsons’ criminal-damage charge was struck out after he paid €250 towards repairs; Stephen O’Shaughnessy’s cases were adjourned.

Niall Byrne was convicted of driving while disqualified, fined €500 and disqualified for a further four years.

The case was recorded in December 2013.
